Ash, which grows throughout the eastern United States and Canada, is part of the olive family and has oils that are chemically similar to olive oil. Pale in color naturally, Ash closely resembles oak both in its appearance and in its strength as a building material. Ash is used extensively in bats because it's tough, durable and abundant. The wood's grain is coarse and porous. Its texture is uniform, with grain patterns making sweeping waves across the board. Please see below for a list of our beautiful ash products.
